Where we stand, what is not accessible yet, and how to tell us.

Our commitment
We want this service to be usable by anyone: with the keyboard alone, magnified, with a screen reader, without a mouse. Accessibility is dealt with from the first component, not caught up on before release.
State of conformance
This service aims at level AA of the web content accessibility guidelines, version 2.1, as the European accessibility directive expects. It is partially conformant today. No full third-party audit has been carried out yet: this statement rests on the internal checks described below, and it will be revised as soon as an audit takes place.
What is checked today
The questionnaire pages, the itinerary pages and the legal pages go through an automated audit engine on every change to the code, and a violation fails continuous integration. It does not stop the release for all that: deployment depends on none of these checks, and blocking it is still to be set up. The contrasts of the component system are computed and checked at level AA. Pages are built on the server and stay readable without JavaScript, keyboard navigation follows the document order, and the first link on every page jumps straight to the content.
What is not covered
An automated audit engine sees only part of the criteria: it judges neither the relevance of a text alternative, nor the clarity of a label, nor the real journey of a screen reader. The map of the stay has a structured text equivalent — day, name, position, link to the block — and the drawing remains a complement for the pointer, outside the keyboard. The exportable travel booklet is not online yet: it is therefore not covered by this statement.

Telling us about an obstacle
If something stops you reaching a content or a function, write to the contact address in the legal notice, saying which page it was and what you tried to do. That address is still to be opened: until it is, such a report cannot reach us. Once it is open, we will answer, and we will say what we do next.
Redress
If an accessibility defect deprives you of a content and our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French rights defender.
